By submitting films to the MOS Film Fest, applicants agree that the ‘’Film Owner’’ will be responsible for any associated legal, financial and ethical implications (claim) associated with a public exhibition at the film festival.

The MOS Film Fest may disqualify or reject submissions that it determines are not in compliance with these terms, and may do so without refunding submission fees.

GENERAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Films will be selected at the sole discretion of the MOS Film Fest. No feedback will be provided due to the anticipated volume of submissions.

The MOS Film Fest does not offer refunds after submission. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you follow all submission requirements and guidelines for your film to be properly adjudicated.
